Orders placed Monday through Friday before 9:00am get shipped that same day. Orders placed after 9:00am get shipped out the following business day.

We offer a 30 Day 100% Satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that the product your ordered from Poochwell is not for you, even if you’ve used the product we will refund your full purchase price minus shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In order to receive a full refund of the purchase price you will need to return the new or used product back to us.
